The 2016 Nissan Titan XD crew cab goes on sale at U.S. dealerships on Wednesday. The pickup comes in five grade levels: the S, SV, SL and Platinum Reserve, which are available in rear-wheel and four-wheel drive, and the sporty Pro-4X.
The pricing for this model will begin at $41,485, rising to as much as $61,715 for the premium, all-wheel-drive version of the pickup. The Titan XD full-size pickup was named this month as one of three finalists for the 2016 North American Truck/Utility of the Year award.
The Titan XD comes equipped with a 5.0-liter, V-8, turbocharged diesel engine that gets 310 hp and 550 pounds-feet of torque. The Japanese automaker hopes to gain a larger foothold in the growing U.S. pickup market with the redesigned Titan.
